  How To Reduce Acidity with 🏠Home Remedies



1) Bananas supply high quality potassium to the body which slows down the production of acid in the stomach.  Fiber also facilitates the body's digestion.  Certain ingredients in the fruit protect you from the harmful effects of acids.



 2) In case of bile, eating ripe banana gives relief.  Potassium in bananas acts as a toxin and reduces bile.


 3) The anti-ulcer ingredient in Tulsi protects against toxins from stomach / gastric acid.



 4) If you feel bile or feel unwell, bite 4-5 basil leaves.


 5) The calcium content of milk stops the formation of harmful acids in the stomach and eliminates excess acid by absorbing the milk.  Drinking cold milk reduces stomach and chest inflammation caused by bile.



 6) Milk is anti-bile and should be drunk cold without adding sugar or other substances.  However, it is desirable to add a teaspoon of Sajuk Ghee.


 7) Multicolored dill: The anti-ulcer ingredient in dill improves digestion and relieves constipation.  Dill causes cold in the stomach and reduces inflammation.


 8) Just chewing some dill seeds also helps in reducing the symptoms of bile.  Also, if you feel unwell due to bile, you can get relief by boiling dill seeds in water and drinking cold water overnight.


 9) Consumption of cumin produces some saliva in the body, which improves digestion, improves metabolism and eliminates gas and gas disorders in the body.



 10) Just chewing some cumin seeds gives relief.  Or you can boil cumin seeds in water and drink it after cooling the water.


 11) Even though clove is spicy in taste, clove absorbs excess saliva, improves digestion and relieves symptoms of bile.  Clove cures flatulence and gas.



 12) If you suffer from bile, hold the cloves under your teeth, let the juice come out of your mouth for some time.  Yarsa reduces the intensity of bile.  Clove also reduces sore throat.



 13) Medicinal Cardamom: According to Ayurveda, cardamom works to maintain balance between air, phlegm and bile in the body.  Consumption of cardamom, perfect for its aromatic and medicinal properties, improves digestion.  Reduces bile problems.

 (3) To prevent cancer :- 

 Grapes contain nutrients like glucose, magnesium and citric acid.  Therefore, eating grapes is beneficial for many diseases.

 (5) Useful on heart disease

 Consumption of grapes helps in lowering blood sugar.

(9) Get rid of constipation :-

Drinking grape juice will be beneficial if you are not hungry.  At the same time, it will eliminate the problem of constipation.


 (10) To eliminate Anemia :-

 If the body is anemic, add 2 teaspoons of honey in a glass of grape juice and drink it.  So it will help to get rid of anemia.  It will also reduce fatigue.

1) Garlic -

 Garlic is a nectar-like medicine for patients with high blood pressure.  It contains a substance called allicin, which increases nitric oxide levels and relaxes your muscles.  Relieves the diagnostic and systolic functioning of blood pressure.  This means that patients with high blood pressure must eat a clove of garlic every day.


 2) Shevaga-

 It is rich in protein and vitamins as well as mineral salts.  According to a research, drinking the extract of the leaves of this plant has a positive effect on the dialistic and systolic functioning of blood pressure.  Patients with high blood pressure should consume sugarcane along with lentils.


 3) Jawas -

 Lentils are rich in alpha linolenic acid.  It is a type of important omega-3 fatty acid.  Various researches have shown that people who suffer from hypertension should use flaxseed in their diet.  It lowers cholesterol and helps control blood pressure.
