♦️ *Loss of appetite and indigestion:* 
▪️Bite 8 to 10 leaves of Tulsi before eating.  Basil leaves on rice in meal .
▪️Basil helps in digestion of food and is anthelmintic.

♦️ *For heart health* :
▪️Research on heart disease patients at the Medical College Hospital in Lucknow has found that basil leaves especially improve blood circulation to the heart.  
▪️Therefore, everyone should bite 10 to 12 basil leaves daily.  
▪️Take 2 teaspoons of basil leaf juice and 1 teaspoon of honey 2-3 times a day.

♦️ *Cold, cough:* 
▪️Basil is very useful Especially in Rainy season, cold in winter and dry cough due to cough and allergies.
